The operations layer
your software vendor
doesn't sell.

I help independent and mid-size coworking operators stop leaking revenue through manual admin, broken integrations, and fragmented processes - the messy connective tissue between your core platforms, and everything else in your stack.

67% of operators run on 4+ disconnected tools, with integration gaps the #1 tech challenge
~4hr spent daily by community managers on manual admin that should be automated
54% of coworking businesses are profitable. The other 46% can't afford to keep leaking.

01 / The State of Coworking Operations 2025 - 2026

Your stack isn't broken because the software is bad. It's broken because nobody owns the seams between the systems.

Marc Navarro · London Coworking Assembly

"So many coworking spaces accidentally give their community managers everything in the building to do. They handle marketing because there's no marketer. They handle IT because there's no IT department. They handle the switch from coworking software A to coworking software B."

02 / Services What I Actually Do

Six pieces of work that quietly recover margin most operators have written off.

No platform reseller pitches. No retainers for things you don't need. Each engagement is scoped to a specific problem with a specific outcome - and I tell you up front whether you actually need it.

01
Tech Stack Diagnostic
A 1-2 week audit of every system, integration, and workflow between your platforms. You get a ranked list of revenue leaks, identity-drift issues, and broken hand-offs - plus the three highest-ROI fixes to do first.

02
Sales Pipeline & CRM Build
Coworking-specific lifecycle stages, tour-booking automations, broker workflows, and post-tour follow-up sequences. Stop losing leads to 42-hour response times. Built around how memberships actually convert - not how a generic SaaS template thinks they do.

03
Member Onboarding & Offboarding Workflows
Process optimisation of contract → payment → access → Wi-Fi → directory → welcome sequence. And the offboarding side most operators ignore: revoking access across every system, capturing exit data, refunding deposits, closing the loop. The single most concrete deliverable I ship.

04
Integrations & Automation
Every operator's stack has seams. That's where revenue leaks - duplicated identities, five-step refund flows, ex-members with active door access. I diagnose where the gaps are and rebuild the workflows that close them, without forcing you onto another platform.

05
SOPs, Training & Runbooks
Documentation that survives community-manager turnover. Branded onboarding guides, role-specific runbooks, and operating-playbooks for your sites. So when your best manager leaves, the knowledge doesn't walk out with them.

06
Multi-Site Standardisation & Expansion Playbooks
Opening your second site, your fifth, or your fifteenth without each one drifting into its own mini-operation. Standardised SOPs, opening playbooks, regional ops handoffs, and consolidated reporting that rolls up across locations. Built from the experience of taking a coworking brand from a single site to a national network.

04 / About Why Me

I helped scale a coworking business from concept to national. So I know how this stuff breaks at every stage.

Most consultants pitching coworking operators have read the industry blogs. I helped build the IT and operations they describe. With 20 years of experience working in small and medium businesses, I sat inside the team that took an Australian coworking business from a single-site concept to a national multi-site brand, figuring out, in real time, how to scale member onboarding, billing, access provisioning, sales pipelines and community management across locations without the wheels coming off. The same playbook applies regardless of which platforms you're running.

That means when you describe the problem, "we lost three good leads last month because we didn't follow-up fast enough after the tour" or "our community manager spends two hours every Monday reconciling Stripe payouts," I don't need a discovery call to understand. I've solved that exact problem inside a real operation, not on a slide deck.

I'm independent, deliberately small, and I take on a limited number of engagements at any time. The work is better that way. So is the relationship.

05 / Let's Talk Book a 30-Minute Audit Call

Stop the leak.
Book the call.

Thirty minutes. No pitch deck. Tell me where it hurts and I'll tell you whether it's a process problem, a software problem, or a people problem - and roughly what it would take to fix.

If we're a fit, we'll talk about a Diagnostic Sprint. If we're not, you'll leave with at least one thing you can implement yourself this week.
